What to Expect: 1️⃣ Bring your prom dress to your consultation. 2️⃣ We’ll assess the adjustments needed for a flawless fit. 3️⃣ Our expert team will tailor your gown to perfection, ensuring every detail enhances your comfort and style. What to bring: 1️⃣ Your Dress – The star of the show! Bring the gown you want tailored. 2️⃣ Shoes – Bring the heels or flats you plan to wear to ensure we adjust the length perfectly. 3️⃣ Undergarments/Shapewear – If you’ll be wearing specific items like a strapless bra, corset, or shapewear, bring them along to account for the final fit. 4️⃣ Accessories – Bring any belts, sashes, or other items you’ll be wearing to see the full look.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments: Only 1 booking per person is allowed. Sew and Reap values your time as much as we value ours! If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and a fee of $20 will invoiced. Fee is non-refundable. No call/no show will not be allowed to book with Sew and Reap. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Booking fee will apply to approved cancellations. Booking fee will not be applied to a rescheduled appointment. Alterations: Sew and Reap is not a laundering or dry-cleaning service. Garments must be clean prior to appointments and for Mail Order Alteration services.
