    When you purchase from Sew and Reap, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and phone number in order to ship your item(s) to you. By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree to receive text messages and/or communication from Sew and Reap. We do not sell your information to any third party.
  • Shipping Policy
    Since each product is hand crafted and customized, turnaround time may vary depending on store volume. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 business days, excluding custom orders. (Shipping days do not include the weekend.)
  • Terms and Conditions
    Transactions: When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes: To provide and operate the Services; To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance; To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages; To comply with any applicable laws and regulations. We do not sell your information to any third party. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. For Orders, Alterations, Custom Projects: No cancellation after 24 hours will be accepted. All prices are subject to change based on market availability.

  • Appointments
    Guest: Only 1 booking per person is allowed. Appointments: Sew and Reap values your time as much as we value ours! If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and a fee of $20 will invoiced. Fee is non-refundable. No call/no show will not be allowed to book with Sew and Reap. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Booking fee will apply to approved cancellations. Booking fee will not be applied to a rescheduled appointment. Alterations: Sew and Reap is not a laundering or dry-cleaning service. Garments must be clean prior to appointments and for Mail Order Alteration services.

  • Alterations
    Regular Alterations: A final invoice will be sent. Payment is due upon completed service and sent invoice. If payment is not received within one (1) business day, then a late fee of $5.00 will be added to your invoice daily. If payment is not received within three (3) business days, then your items become the property of Sew and Reap, and must be purchased from Sew and Reap. The purchase price of the garment(s) is at the discretion of Sew and Reap. For In-Person Alterations: An alteration consultation is required for in-person alterations. This ensures providing a more tailored fit. Booking fee is non-refundable and is instantly applied to your alteration order and will be reflected on your order invoice. Note: These prices are starting estimates. If we find that your items are in need of further altering, we will contact you for approval to proceed with additional alterations. After alteration is complete, and if your garment is not your preferred fit, you have 24 hours to inform Sew and Reap so that we may attempt satisfaction. Guest: Only 1 booking per person is allowed. All prices are subject to change based on market availability. Mail Order Alterations: Once you have submitted the Mail Order Alterations Form, and have shipped your items, the process begins. Note: These prices are starting estimates. If we find that your items are in need of further altering, we will contact you for approval to proceed with additional alterations. Once alterations have been completed, an invoice with the total amount due will be sent via email. A $20 fee will be added if you need your items sooner than 7 business days. Mail Order Alterations should be sent to the following address: Sew and Reap Store PO Box 1073 Mustang, OK 73064 For Mail-Order Alterations: After alteration is complete, and if your garment is not your preferred fit, you have 3 days from time of carrier delivery to inform Sew and Reap so that we may attempt satisfaction. Note: Payment is due upon completed service and sent invoice, and prior to shipment. If payment is not received within one (1) business day, then a late fee of $5.00 will be added to your invoice daily. If payment is not received within three (3) business days, then your items become the property of Sew and Reap, and must be purchased from Sew and Reap. The purchase price of the garment(s) is at the discretion of Sew and Reap. Alterations Sew and Reap is not a laundering or dry-cleaning service. Garments must be clean prior to appointments and for Mail Order Alteration services. If you have scheduled an alteration appointment, the location will be sent on the day of your appointment. Pickup of your completed alteration will be at the same location as your appointment. If you desire for your alteration to be shipped or delivered to you, we may do so for a $15.00 fee; this fee must be paid prior to shipment or delivery. All prices are subject to change based on market availability. Alteration services are non-refundable. Any further destruction to garment(s) will come with a cost to the Client.   • Return Policies
    All sales are final due to COVID-19. Sew and Reap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
