Book Your Alteration Consultation. Whether it’s a favorite dress, a business suit, or a timeless jacket, our alteration consultation ensures your garments fit accordingly and comfortably Please bring the following items to your appointment: ❏ Shoes (to wear with garment) ❏ Undergarments/Shapewear (underslip, bra, etc) ❏ Hair ties, hairpins, hair clips (for different looks) ❏ Belts ❏ Tie or Bowtie (for the Gents) • Note: Suggestions may be given during your appointment to achieve a more desired look. • Appointments: Only 1 booking per person is allowed. Sew and Reap values your time as much as we value ours! If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and a fee of $20 will invoiced. Fee is non-refundable. No call/no show will not be allowed to book with Sew and Reap. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Booking fee will apply to approved cancellations. Booking fee will not be applied to a rescheduled appointment. • Alterations: Sew and Reap is not a laundering or dry-cleaning service. Garments must be clean prior to appointments and for Mail Order Alteration services. • Booking fee is non-refundable and is instantly applied to your alteration order and will be reflected on your order invoice.
